These are the basic terms for working with Hich Studio (Hich Productions LLC, Kyle, Texas). Your signed agreement for your project controls if it says something different.
Booking
A booking request on the site is a request, not a confirmed date. We reply within one business day with a confirmation email that has the agreement and a payment link. Your date is held once the agreement is signed and the first payment is made.
Prices and payment
- Prices on the site and in our package PDFs are launch pricing for bookings through December 31, 2026, and are before Texas sales tax.
- Celebrations and Films: 30% retainer when you sign; the rest is due 7 days before your date or shoot.
- Business and Cartoons & Games: 50% to start; the rest before final delivery. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month with a 3-month minimum.
- We accept ACH bank transfer or card.
Cancellation
If you cancel, we keep only what covers work already done and costs already paid. Details are in your agreement.
Travel and extra time
Travel to Kyle, Buda, San Marcos and Austin (within 30 miles) is included. Farther: $0.725 per mile. Each extra filming hour is $175.
Delivery and revisions
Each package lists its revisions and delivery time. Delivery times start when we have everything we need from you (such as footage, music rights or approvals).
Ownership and use
For weddings, business and film projects, we may show finished work in our portfolio and social channels unless you tell us in writing you prefer we do not. For birthdays and family films, and anything with children, we show your film only with your clear permission. Music, locations, actors and permits are the client’s responsibility unless the package says otherwise.
Liability and emergencies
Our liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for it. If an emergency (such as illness, equipment failure or severe weather) keeps us from filming, we will offer a new date or refund what you paid for the part we did not deliver.
Cartoons & Games
Characters are always stylized, never realistic people.
Language
Calls and filming are in English. The website and written messages are in English and Spanish.
Website use
The site and its content belong to Hich Studio. Please do not copy or reuse our videos or images without asking. Texas law applies. Contact: [email protected].

Estos son los términos básicos para trabajar con Hich Studio (Hich Productions LLC, Kyle, Texas). Si tu contrato firmado dice algo distinto, manda tu contrato.
Reservas
Una solicitud de reserva en el sitio es una solicitud, no una fecha confirmada. Respondemos en un día hábil con un correo de confirmación que incluye el contrato y un enlace de pago. Tu fecha queda apartada cuando se firma el contrato y se hace el primer pago.
Precios y pagos
- Los precios del sitio y de nuestros PDF de paquetes son precios de lanzamiento para reservas hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2026 y no incluyen el impuesto sobre ventas de Texas.
- Celebraciones y Cine: 30% de anticipo al firmar; el resto vence 7 días antes de tu fecha o filmación.
- Negocios y Caricaturas y juegos: 50% para comenzar; el resto antes de la entrega final. Los planes mensuales se cobran al inicio de cada mes y tienen un mínimo de 3 meses.
- Aceptamos transferencia bancaria ACH o tarjeta.
Cancelación
Si cancelas, solo nos quedamos con lo que cubre el trabajo ya hecho y los gastos ya pagados. Los detalles están en tu contrato.
Traslados y tiempo extra
El traslado a Kyle, Buda, San Marcos y Austin (dentro de 30 millas) está incluido. Más lejos: $0.725 por milla. Cada hora extra de filmación cuesta $175.
Entrega y revisiones
Cada paquete indica sus revisiones y su tiempo de entrega. Los tiempos de entrega empiezan cuando tenemos todo lo que necesitamos de ti (como material, derechos de música o aprobaciones).
Propiedad y uso
En bodas, proyectos de negocios y de cine, podemos mostrar el trabajo terminado en nuestro portafolio y redes, salvo que nos pidas por escrito que no lo hagamos. En cumpleaños, películas familiares y todo lo que incluya niños, solo mostramos tu película con tu permiso claro. La música, las locaciones, los actores y los permisos son responsabilidad del cliente, salvo que el paquete diga otra cosa.
Responsabilidad y emergencias
Nuestra responsabilidad por cualquier proyecto se limita a lo que nos pagaste por él. Si una emergencia (por ejemplo enfermedad, falla de equipo o mal clima) nos impide filmar, te ofreceremos una nueva fecha o te devolveremos lo que pagaste por la parte que no entregamos.
Caricaturas y juegos
Los personajes siempre son estilizados, nunca personas realistas.
Idioma
Las llamadas y las filmaciones son en inglés. El sitio y los mensajes escritos son en inglés y español.
Uso del sitio
El sitio y su contenido pertenecen a Hich Studio. Por favor no copies ni reutilices nuestros videos o imágenes sin preguntar. Se aplica la ley de Texas. Contacto: [email protected].
