Are the characters realistic people?
No. Everything is stylized and handmade-looking: cartoon or clay characters, never a fake real person.
How are games priced?
Web, mobile and 3D games are quoted after a short call, because every game is different. Tell us the idea and we reply within one business day.
How do payments work?
50% to start, the rest before final delivery. We accept ACH bank transfer or card. Prices are before Texas sales tax.
How does booking work?
Pick a package and a date on hichstudio.com and send the request. Within one business day we reply with a confirmation email that has the agreement and a payment link. Your date is held once the agreement is signed and the first payment is made.
Do you travel?
Travel to Kyle, Buda, San Marcos and Austin (within 30 miles) is included. Farther is $0.725 per mile.
Do you speak Spanish?
Our website, Eric and our written messages are in English and Spanish. Calls and filming are in English.
